Delivery

  • Holland standard delivery

    Order before 4PM Monday - Friday for standard delivery (delivery Monday - Saturday). Our standard delivery is sent on a with delivery provider we choose to. So we can apply the quickest service. You will receive text and email alerts with tracking information.

    Please note if you place an order after 4pm on Friday your order will be processed by monday.

  • International delivery

    European orders will be sent on a 4 - 7 working day tracked service by mail and tracking information.

    Rest of the world orders in countries that are not in europe will be sent on a 5 - 7 working day tracked service by mail and tracking information. 

    Please note if you place an order after 4pm on Friday your order will be dispatched the following Monday.

Returns
 

All returns need to be sent to the below address at your own cost: 

Taandersstraat 7, 3027 PR, Rotterdam, Holland.

Once we receive your return your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

Please note you are required to return unwanted orders via post. Kingsandroses will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged parcels.

We operate a 14-day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends).  Goods must be back with us by the 14th day.  The returns period starts from the first day delivery was attempted.  If you return something outside of the returns period, you will receive a Credit / Gift Card.

We will notify you by email once we've processed your return. This does not include your bank’s processing time and reimbursement will be issued via original payment method.

Do note that we only accept returns or exchanges where the original Kingsandroses swing tag is firmly attached. Any shoes, clothing designs, art & designs posted back to us must be in the original (undamaged) state. All returns must enclose a completed Returns Form supplied in the original package.

Please bear in mind that for hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on jewellery, intimates and/or swimwear or underwear. We will only make exception in the unlikely event of your order being faulty, unfit for purpose and/or the incorrect item purchased.
