The item i want is sold out, is it coming back?

Our costumised items are unique exclusively made and produced. And with allot of love dedication and efforts. Unfortunately, the majority of our hand made limited edition pieces do not return in the future. Takes days, weeks sometimes months to craft out a dream to reality. Or you can say; Some things are by the grace of the universe. I hope you understand we try to come up very time with new rare collections and concepts. To keep KR interesting for our customers. Some materials are difficult to replicate or to remake. That's the reason why KR collection often only available in small quantities or limited edition, meaning they are often limited on stock. So don't miss out on our nex new exclusive rare concepts. Those like T-shirts Hoodies Sweaters etc and things that are branded not hand made. They might come back on the display again. Depending on the ask! You can always email us or ask us for more information regarding our products. Or just visit our page more often to see what's new.

Are your clothes true to size?

We work hard to ensure our clothes are a true fit. Should you be unsure, we recommend you select your usual size. If you are between a size, we would suggest choosing the smaller size of the two. How do i apply a discount code?

Sometimes we offer discount codes to use on our site. To redeem, please select the shopping bag icon at the top right hand side of the page once you have your items in the basket. Select 'View Your Bag’, and enter the discount code and select ‘Apply’. If the code you are using is valid, it will automatically apply to your shopping bag. 

How can i return an item?

You can return your item within 14 days of the shipment date. Please note, we cannot accept returns outside of the 14 days, and they will be sent back to you. Please ensure the returned items are unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Ensuring the tags and labels are still attached and undisturbed. You can find out more about our returns policy here
